Your requirements determine the model and manufacturing method used. The timber can be assembled with gaps for ventilation or produced using tongue-and-groove boards (TG) to create a completely sealed wooden crate. This provides great flexibility and makes the crate suitable for both sensitive and heavy goods.

A custom wooden crate is easy to adapt to specific requirements and can be equipped with internal supports, locking mechanisms, or securing fixtures. These can either be pre-assembled inside the crate or delivered separately on pallets.

Flexible delivery – knockdown or assembled

The wooden crates can be delivered knockdown (flat-packed) for on-site assembly, optimizing both transport costs and storage space. Alternatively, they can be delivered fully assembled and ready to be filled for immediate use.

Sustainable and circular wood packaging

Choosing wood instead of metal or plastic contributes to a more sustainable and circular packaging flow. We actively work with sorting, refurbishing, and reusing used wooden crates to extend their lifecycle and reduce resource consumption.

Sizes and volumes

Our wooden crates are manufactured entirely according to your needs – from small boxes of around 10 cm to very large wooden crates exceeding 20 meters in length. Whether you require a single crate or production in the hundreds, we tailor the solution to your goods and your logistical requirements.
